After years of trying different products, we have found the best products that are perfect for solving water penetration through cracks.

• First we open floor at base of crack to expose crack to footing.

• Once crack is opened with a chisel and cleaned we pack with a one-component mastic to seal.

• Then a two-part epoxy is applied that hardens to hold in sealant.

• Next a membrane is applied over crack and sealed. Floor is then cemented.
